  • Shipping Fee: We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders worldwide.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because LISRAPTOR products are dispatched via global logistics partners to provide the best value, delivery times vary by region.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the order date.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 1 business days after the label is generated.
  • If updates are not immediate, rest assured your package is moving through our global network toward your destination.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • LISRAPTOR is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in your country.
  • While skincare items often pass through customs without issue, regulations vary significantly by region.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To ensure timely delivery, our fulfillment team begins processing orders shortly after they are placed.

  • 12-Hour Window: If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please contact us at service@lisraptor.com within 12 hours.
  • Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we are unable to make further modifications.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Your skin’s journey to balance is our priority.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or leaking, please email us a photo within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a complimentary replacement immediately.
  • Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you.
