1. OUR BRAND & FORMULAS
- What does "LISRAPTOR" stand for? LISRAPTOR is inspired by the philosophy of Essential Resilience. Our brand was born with a mission to simplify skincare rituals without compromising on clinical efficacy. We focus on the "Skin-First" approach, creating products that support your skin’s natural barrier rather than masking its needs.
- Are your products suitable for all skin types? Yes. While our formulas are powerful, they are designed with sensitivity in mind. We prioritize pH-balanced, fragrance-free, and non-comedogenic ingredients. If you have extremely reactive skin, we always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list provided on each product page and performing a patch test on your inner arm before full application.
2. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
- Where do you ship from and how long does it take? To maintain our commitment to sustainability and accessible pricing, we utilize a global fulfillment model. Your orders are dispatched directly from our specialized fulfillment hubs to reduce unnecessary warehousing time.
- Order Processing: 2–4 business days (quality checks and packaging).
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days for the United States; 7–12 business days for international destinations.
- Please note: Shipping times may extend during holiday seasons or peak launch periods.
- What are your shipping fees? We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 worldwide. We also provide Free Shipping on orders over a certain threshold (check our homepage for current promotions).
- Will I have to pay international customs or duties? International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. While uncommon for small skincare parcels, we recommend checking your local regulations.
3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- What is the LISRAPTOR Return Policy? We want you to love your skin. If a product isn't the right fit for you, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 60 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at service@lisraptor.com.
- How do I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5-10 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Currency Note: All refunds are processed in USD. Discrepancies in the final amount may occur due to bank conversion rates at the time of the transaction.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Do you offer exchanges? To ensure the fastest service, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
- Can I modify or cancel my order? Our team works quickly to get your essentials on their way. You may request a cancellation or address change within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has moved into the processing stage, we are unable to make further changes.
- Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. Your security is paramount. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We never store your credit card information on our own servers; all data is encrypted and handled by world-class payment processors.
5. SKINCARE CONSULTATIONS & SUPPORT
- I'm not sure which product to choose. Can you help? We would love to! Skincare is a journey, and we are your partners in it. - What should I do if I have a reaction to a product? While our products are gentle, skin can be unpredictable. If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and reach out to us at service@lisraptor.com with details and a photo (if comfortable). We are here to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
