Returns Policy

We accept returns on new and gently used products within 60 days of the delivery date. You may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases.

Eligibility:

  • Only products purchased directly through lisraptor.com  are eligible for return.
  • Final Sale Items: All gift cards, individual sheet masks, promotional swag, and specifically marked "Final Sale" items are non-returnable.
  • Bundles & Sets: We accept returns for sets only if all products within the set are returned together. Partial returns of sets are not eligible for a refund.
  • Original Payment: Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method or as store credit. We cannot issue refunds to alternate cards or bank accounts.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to service@lisraptor.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Please ship your authorized returns to the following address: 508 N Sunset St, Fort Collins, CO 80521, United States
  • Pack & Ship: Securely pack your items (original shipping box is not required, but please ensure the product is protected). Remove any old shipping labels.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • This right applies regardless of the standard 60-day return policy.

Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that original outbound shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you choose to use your own preferred shipping carrier, we highly recommend using a trackable service,as LISRAPTOR is not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.

International Returns

For our international community, please be aware of the following:

  • Taxes & Duties: Any customs duties or import taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable through LISRAPTOR, as these are collected by your local government. We recommend contacting your local customs office for assistance regarding potential tax refunds.
  • Currency & Conversion: All refunds are issued in USD. Any discrepancies in the refunded amount compared to the original purchase price are typically due to currency conversion rates at the time of processing. LISRAPTOR is not responsible for these fluctuations.

Refunds Timeline

  • Processing: Once your return package is received at our facility, please allow 5-10 business days for our team to inspect and process the items. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as this is complete.
  • Banking Window: After the refund is issued, it typically takes 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
  • Missing Refunds: If you do not see your refund within this timeframe, we recommend reaching out to your card issuer directly for further assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If a product didn't work out and you'd like to try an alternative, we suggest returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
